We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by location.
CUSTOMS FEES
International customers are responsible for duties and taxes.

If a package is delayed or marked delivered but missing, please contact the carrier for updates.
RETUREN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to feel confident, beautiful, and stress-free when shopping with us. Because our dresses are made for once-in-a-lifetime moments, we follow a careful return policy to protect product quality for every customer.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To request a return, please make sure:
- Your request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
- The dress is unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in perfect condition
- All tags are attached and the dress is in its original packaging
- The item has no makeup stains, perfume, or damages
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Custom-made dresses or dresses made to your measurements
- Sale or final-clearance items
- Worn, damaged, or altered dresses
HOW TO START A RETURN
- Email us at service@modemare.com with your order number and photos.
- Wait for our approval before shipping back
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
RETURN TIME
Once your dress is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ODERS
If there is any problem with the received product, please contact us by email within 24 hours and we will handle it as soon as possible.
